Although 2026 memberships are no longer available for purchase or renewal, we are grateful for our families who have supported the Children's Science Center Lab through membership. Current members may continue to enjoy meaningful benefits through the end of their membership period, including unlimited admission, access to special member-only events, savings on camps and programs, guest passes, and reciprocal admission opportunities at participating museums. Membership has helped connect families with hands-on STEM learning all year long.

Memberships are valid for the named adult(s) and are non-transferable. Photo ID is required to match our records at check-in. Guests of members may be unaccompanied but must have Guest Passes to enter. Member children are ages 2-17. Membership begins on the date of purchase and is valid through December 31, 2026. Membership fees may not be applied toward group visits, field trips, birthday parties, or special programs such as workshops, classes, or camps. However, Member discounts do apply.*ASTC reciprocal privileges can be used at museums that are greater than 90 miles from both your home and our Fair Oaks Mall Lab “as the crow flies“.

Northern Virginia Science Center Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that operates the Children's Science Center Lab at Fair Oaks Mall and STEM programs traveling to schools and other community venues across the region. The Foundation is also developing the Northern Virginia Science Center in Dulles, VA, a world-class, interactive regional science center for families, students and learners of all ages made possible through a pivotal public-private partnership.
